Disappointingly, there's no quick cash code in Vice City like there is in some of the other entries, so you'll still have to earn your empire the traditional way. My advice is to treat cheats as a dessert rather than the main course — play a chunk of the story legitimately, save, then let your hair down afterwards. Keep a clean save file untouched so you can always return to a cheat-free world if the city descends into permanent anarchy. And honestly? Take a moment to just cruise the Strip with a full health bar, perfect weather and a tank in the driveway. That, for me, is what Vice City is all about. Happy cheating.
